We want you to truly love your Eve Skin products. If you don’t, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used items. This allows us to maintain hygiene and quality standards for all customers.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it at no cost to you. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.

Love It or Your Money Back

If you try a product and decide it’s not for you, we don’t want you stuck with something you don’t love.

If you’re unhappy for any reason—whether it didn’t meet your expectations or your skin simply didn’t agree—contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund for the product (no need to return the used item).

We may ask which product didn’t work for you so we can continue improving, but you’re never required to send anything back.

A Gentle Note on Skin Sensitivity

Every body is different. While our products are made with thoughtfully chosen, natural ingredients, reactions can happen. We recommend patch testing before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and reach out—we’re here to help.
