Eve Skin is a small-batch, handmade skincare brand based in Iowa. Our products are crafted by hand in small quantities using natural ingredients. We are not a medical provider and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every product. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Because our products are handmade in small batches, minor variations in texture, color, or scent between batches are normal and reflect the natural ingredients used.

All ingredient lists on our product pages are accurate and up to date. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list before purchasing. We recommend patch testing any new product before full use.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that contain errors in pricing.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification by email. Eve Skin is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Our full return and refund policy is available on our Returns Policy page. In summary: we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If a product does not work for you, contact us at officialeveskin@gmail.com for a full refund.
